Conniston Care is committed to providing quality care and support services for the residents living at our care homes by ensuring that our service is safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led.
To do this, we work closely with other health and social care professionals as we seek to provide a holistic and seamless care and support service for our residents.
In addition to caring for our residents’ health, we also aim to provide a meaningful programme of activities both in the care home and in the community to meet the social, emotional and spiritual needs of our residents to work towards their total well-being.
It is important to us that we continually monitor the quality of our service using a Quality Assurance system that includes internal and external auditing of our standards of care and support, obtaining feedback from our residents and their relatives/advocates as well as from staff and visiting professionals.
